Support
Contact us by email. We do not operate a ticket portal or chat widget.

What we can help with
- Early access and Snowflake Marketplace enquiries for Slipway Sync
- Clio Manage or Filevine connector questions after you have installed (or are installing) the Native App
- General product questions about residency, extract scope, and setup
We do not promise a response-time SLA on this website. When Marketplace listings include specific support terms, those will appear on the listing.
After you install
Open Setup & Diagnostics in the Native App in Snowsight (code.setup_and_diagnostics). It is Streamlit in Snowflake, in your account.
Bind references
Before extracts can reach Clio or Filevine, bind the app’s required references in Snowsight:
- Open Data products → Apps and select this Native App.
- Open References.
- For each unbound reference, attach the matching object in your account (External Access Integration, secret, or warehouse). Credentials and network rules stay in your Snowflake account — the app only receives bound references.
- Return to Setup & Diagnostics and refresh; unbound items show bind steps until complete.
What you can do depends on the application role mapped in your Snowflake account:
| Capability | app_user | app_admin |
|---|---|---|
| Prerequisites / reference status | Yes (when Snowflake allows reference introspection) | Yes |
| Current region / environment | Yes (read-only) | Yes |
Offline connection check (code.test_connection) | No | Yes |
| Sync health, freshness, allowlisted counts | Yes | Yes |
Trigger extract (code.run_extract) | No | Yes |
| Open quarantine rows | No | Yes |
Live API checks need your secrets and External Access Integration bound in Snowflake. Warehouse and task cost stay under your control. There is no zero-setup path.
